I purchased a return ticket around boxing day christmas. When I got to the train station it was closed, the company refused to give me a refund despite the fact they had stated the train station would be open. I get a sense they are acting imorall as they have lost so much money due to COVID. No excuse, highly recomend avoiding!

just password trouble yet again. I put in what I thought was my password, you said no, I put in a new one and you said sorry, you can't use an existing password. What's all that about?

Easy to book tickets although more expensive than I expected

Avoid at all costs - Expensive Ticket was accidentally activated - tried to change dates app told me to remove tickets - then refused to refund because ticket was activated .To add insult to injury I waited 30 mins to get through (phone) and 30 mins for man to respond to be told by the standoffish staff that they won't refund and won't re- send E- Tickets as ticket was activated classed as used. Read the reviews on the app . If you still insist on using this Third Party site Never buy E Tickets - collect from Station. In response to Nigel's statement- FYI if you accidentally take tags off bought clothes - then if you have the receipt - you can return . Still don't understand why if the E/M ticket is accidentally activated (then not scanned or used as you say ) you dont refund and in my case why couldn't you resend the tickets so I could use them? So basically if you accidentally or mistakenly active or lose/brake your phone with activated tickets you will keep the money and leave your Customers to there own devices J

I ALWAYS BOOK MY TRAIN TICKETS ON TRAINLINE. YOU CAN RELY ON THEM.

Brilliant service that was so quick and easy to use.

I couldn't find where to add senior railcard at first, so I had to go back and start again. I got there in the end.It was probably me!

too much messing about with passwords not being recognised even when we had put up a new one and trying load a photo.

Really good price and time comparison. But it is not clear that sometimes there are no trains on certain days of the week.
